SUMMARY OF OBJECTIVES:

This campaign (project) utilizes intelligent volunteers that (know their way around the internet) and can locate important sources of Resilience information. To be considered a member of the “(ISSBLS) GROUP A.K.A. a “SCOUT” the member endeavor to conduct the activities listed below. These volunteers (ISSBLS members) are knowledgeable, avid readers, and consumers of Preparedness information. They are capable of flagging important new and emerging resilience concepts on the Web. They take action by connecting websites and users to valuable Preparedness information in a process that creates a “Semantic Web of linked data.” This project assists with many DHS and FEMA priorities, as well as, W3C standards goals.
