SUMMARY OF OBJECTIVES:
Several "Node Visualization" tools and other Technologies were employed to map out deficiencies in the availability of Prevention and Preparedness information at major websites, within official guides, and within resilience forums or communities (discussion points). This campaign is a National Response Framework link hub or repository with concise content created by tracing the continuously evolving professionals, groups, organizations, and members or systems that utilize emergency personnel and need (plans, resources, education and training information, or perhaps an auxiliary cadre for expansion purposes). The modeling system I’ve chosen is, to emulate a simple (modified) DOD Architecture Framework Viewpoints schema. This schema is used to delineate the relative stakeholders, then connect the community member (or match the volunteer) with a variety of website linked resources that meet their needs or interests. This schema will also serve as a visual tool (and as simple evidence) that a stakeholder is matched to the resources they require. The content and framework of this campaign will evolve as ideas, stakeholders, and resource are newly located or added, or as new topics are created. Matching will continue to be recorded within this campaign until the “all-disaster, all-hazard, all-inclusion” criteria is met (all stakeholders are aware of and matched with all known and available resources). The topic creation process begins with identification of a deficiency (e.g. lack of information, resources, or personnel). A creation process will then be systematically scheduled, research is conducted, the article is then composed, or personnel are located, and resulting information is posted. Said composed information undergoes quality assurance & uniformity measures to ensure it is safe, accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with FEMA and DHS or other U.S. National (public) resources.
